Usage Instructions

1. Insert 4 AA batteries or connect the optional AC adapter.

2. Sit comfortably and rest for 5 minutes before taking a measurement.

3. Wrap the cuff securely around your upper left arm, approximately 1–2 cm above the elbow, ensuring the cuff is at heart level.

4. Press the START/STOP button to begin the measurement.

5. Remain still, keep silent, and avoid moving until the measurement is complete.

6. Your systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, and pulse rate will be displayed on the screen.

7. If Bluetooth is enabled, the reading will automatically sync with the OMRON Connect App.

8. Press the START/STOP button again to turn off the monitor. The device will also switch off automatically after a short period of inactivity.

Tips for Accurate Measurement

• Measure your blood pressure at the same time each day.

• Avoid caffeine, smoking, alcohol, or exercise for at least 30 minutes before measurement.

• Sit with your back supported, feet flat on the floor, and legs uncrossed.

• Keep your arm relaxed and supported at heart level.

• Do not talk or move during the measurement.
